As we do our part to control the spread of COVID-19, our priority is to continue to provide the world-class service and safety to which you’ve grown accustomed, while protecting the health and safety of our customers, our colleagues and all of our families.

We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure your safety.  Following the CDC’s COVID-19 recommendation, our employees are wearing face masks for the protection and safety of everyone. Our employees who feel well and have no symptoms are reporting to work and practicing good hygiene by washing their hands often and using hand sanitizer.  We have also directed them to not shake hands and practice social distancing even with customers so please be respectful of these necessary operational changes during this critical time.

We have taken, and will continue to take, all necessary precautionary measures as advised by local health officials. We are sterilizing sites and common areas and providing hand sanitizers, wipes and tissues throughout our facilities. We remain fully operational at all of our locations.  We would also like to ensure our customers are adhering to our policies and respectfully request if you feel sick to inform our facility in advance of your arrival so our employees can be prepared for your arrival.

In those circumstances, we would strongly prefer any ill customers who are departing to be driven directly onto the ramp to a waiting aircraft and those who are arriving to inform us that there is a sick passenger and we can have a car waiting for you/them on the ramp.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.
