Modern Aviation (“Modern”) is pleased to announce its expansion to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT”), further strengthening its nationwide network and marking its 18th Fixed Base Operator (FBO) location and its 2nd in North Carolina.

Modern Aviation today announced it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire certain leasehold improvements encompassing two large hangar and office structures, Hangar 9 at 8156 Interport Boulevard and Hangar 10 at 8208 Interport Boulevard, at Centennial Airport from Floors and Doors.

Modern Aviation broke ground on two new hangars in its most recent development project at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY. A groundbreaking ceremony for the development project took place on the morning of November 15, 2023.

Modern Aviation announced the completion and grand opening of its upgraded and expanded FBO campus at Centennial Airport in Denver, Colorado. The upgrade and expansion project includes the addition of two new heated 28 ft-door hangars, a Class A FBO terminal and an expanded ramp.
